Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or item was ordered, or if you change your mind after placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To submit a claim, please email our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue with the product

In most cases, a replacement or refund will be issued once the issue has been verified. You will not be required to return the damaged item.

Please note:

  • Minor print placement variations may occur during production and are not considered defects.
  • We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect sizes, colors, or shipping information.
  • If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery or incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
